  1. Promo codes are not applicable for corporate packages.
  2. Templates provided by UniqWine are as stated in the packages. Charges will be imposed for additional template requested by customer.
  3. Flat delivery fee is applicable to delivery of at least one carton to one address. RM 5 flat rate will be charged to each subsequent delivery of minimum one carton to other addresses. Special arrangements can be done upon request of customer for delivery of below one carton.
  4. Stocks that exceed the keeping period will be forfeited. However, UniqWine will notify customer from time to time.
  5. Customer is required to pay 30% deposit fee to proceed with the job.
  6. The remaining payment will be collected when the templates are decided. Full payment is required to proceed with printing and delivery.
  7. If the template has been finalised and the customer decided to cancel, a fee of RM500 will be charged as service fee and the remaining deposit will be refunded to the client.
